Welcome to One Om School of Yoga (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, booking platforms, classes, workshops, events, SMS communications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

4. Booking, Payments & Cancellations

Booking

All class bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

Payments

  • Prices are displayed at the time of booking
  • Payments are processed through third-party providers
  • We do not store credit card information

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • Cancellation policies may vary by class or program
  • Failure to cancel within the stated timeframe may result in forfeited fees
  • No refunds for missed classes unless otherwise stated

5. Subscriptions & Memberships

  • Memberships and class packages begin upon payment
  • Recurring memberships renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date
  • Fixed-term packages expire at the end of the stated period
  • Memberships are non-transferable

6. SMS Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS messages from One Om School of Yoga.

Message Types May Include:

  • Class confirmations and reminders
  • Studio updates
  • Customer support messages
  • Occasional promotional messages

SMS Details:

  • Message frequency varies
  • Message and data rates may apply

10. User Content

If you submit reviews, testimonials, photos, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that content for promotional and operational purposes.

You represent that you own or have permission to share such content.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONE OM SCHOOL OF YOGA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SERVICES.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless One Om School of Yoga from any claims arising from:

  • Your participation in classes
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Injury or loss caused by your actions

16. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in courts located in Travis County, Texas, unless otherwise required by law.

17. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and One Om School of Yoga.
