Gioconda Parker

Your Lead Guide

Gioconda Parker

30 years. One calling. To help you find yours.

Gioconda has devoted three decades to the living tradition of yoga — yoga philosophy is more than a subject to her. It's a way of being. Her teaching doesn't just transmit technique; it invites you into a deeper relationship with your own wisdom.

She believes every student arrives already whole. Her role — and what she has spent 30 years refining — is simply to help you clear away everything that obscures that truth, so your authentic voice as a teacher can finally emerge.

Nourishment

Three organic, plant-based meals daily, sourced from our permaculture garden.

Before the training, I had my set way of doing things, and ideas about what path I should follow, what I should value. But now, I’ve really opened up and become more curious about life, and what might be possible for my future.

Catherine Chueng

Catherine Chueng

I came into the training wanting answers—what I got instead was a way of listening to my own intuition which has made me so much more confident as a teacher and a human.

Melanie

Melanie

Gia is not just a yoga teacher: Gia is a mentor who truly listens, with presence, attention, and heart. During my 300-hour teacher training with her, I discovered a teacher who doesn’t simply instruct, but gently shares her wisdom, always with kindness, respect, and warmth.

Marcelo

Marcelo

Gia is a deep well of knowledge in the roots and philosophy of yoga. She taught me how to weave philosophy into my teaching so I’m able to speak to student’s minds and hearts as well as their bodies in my classes. She is always open to provide feedback or support, and I’m grateful and honored to have her as my teacher.
